The crazed Fiama Nera cult leader and son of the famous Italian magician Gianni Bartoli who was obsessed with finding the Legendary dagger of Xian.
Xian Dragon
Legend has it when you drive the Dagger of Xian into your heart, you acquire the power of the Dragon, literally! After Marco Bartoli stole the dagger he used it on himself and battled Lara inside the Temple of Xian.
