The third Tomb Raider live action movie is definitely a go! Amidst rumour frenzies, including that of American actress Megan Fox to play Lara Croft, a recent interview with the movie producer gives us a slight insight of what to expect. Dan Lin, who is also producer of Terminator: Salvation, embraces the challenge of honoring an existing mythology, while bringing in new fans with a reboot.

The new Tomb Raider movie will take on a different approach from the two previous outings. According to Lin, the new movie will be an origin story focusing on character development. While no castings have been made as yet, the new movie will introduce us to a younger Lara Croft.
