In an attempt to approach the atmosphere of the original Tomb Raider game as much as possible, the soundtrack of Tomb Raider: Anniversary is completely based on it. The entire soundtrack contains concordant consonances and melodies, but has been put in a new and original jacket, especially for this Anniversary edition.

This relecture of Nathan McCree's originals was performed by Troels Folmann, winner of a BAFTA award for his Tomb Raider: Legend original score.
